La Luna

We look at the same moon.
At least this is what I tell myself,
this is what I have told you too.

This frame of mind has pulled me through.
I never wonder if you are looking too, I just know that you are.
In this big, big world, it is small things that seem to provide truth to it all.

The same moon.
Desert moon, mountain moon, ocean moon, mid-west moon.
It does not matter where you are, it is the same moon.
How awesome of a concept.

Together looking at the moon.
How special those moments,
connected,
beautiful,
complete,
comforting,
and safe.
